(CINCINNATI, Ohio – JULY 8, 2019) – The Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau has hired Tricia Suit, a top-tier community builder and experience marketer, to fill the role of Visitor Experience Manager. Suit will oversee operations at the Cincinnati USA Visitor Center, manage the Cincy USA Tourism Ambassador Program and create and implement new strategies to welcome the 26 million people who visit the region each year.
“Tricia has been a true partner and supporter of tourism throughout the years and has made a lasting impact on the revitalization of downtown Cincinnati including producing events such as Downtown Dazzle to showcase the best in our region,” said Julie Calvert, president and CEO of the Cincinnati USA CVB. “Tricia brings a level of expertise and leadership to our team that will only strengthen the CVB’s ongoing initiatives to create unforgettable visitor experiences.”
In her most recent role, Suit was heavily involved with connecting visitors with local businesses throughout Cincinnati’s urban core as Vice President of Marketing for Downtown Cincinnati Inc. In her role with DCI, Suit created ArtVenture, a public art initiative that encouraged visitors to explore downtown and coordinated unique experiences alongside large-scale city events, including BLINK in 2017 and the MLB All-Star Game in 2015.

Suit’s career in visitor experiences dates back to 2006 when she began her role as Marketing and Public Relations Manager at the Taft Museum of Art where she organized public art projects and coordinated partnerships with business and civic organizations, including the Downtown Residents Council, ArtWorks, and Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. She also previously worked as an editor for the Sunday Challenger in Northern Kentucky.

Suit began her position as Visitor Experience Manager with the CVB on Monday, July 1.
